Auotmatic  Profile Felt Belt Type Handing Table

Main feature of handing table:
1. Handing table adopts hydraulic lifting run out table, and the high temperature roller is driven by the chain.
2. Run-out table adopts refractory dynamic roller to reduce the abrasion of roller wheel due to the high temperature.
3. Handing table adopts the belt type of heat resistance belt to reduce the damage from transfer process.
4. Handing table adopts shifting conveying to transfer the aluminum profile, and keeping a proper space at each other profile.

Usually 6063 aluminum alloy of aluminum profile for building material, we adopt air quenching for cooling aluminum profiles , 6061 alloy for industrial material, so we adopt water quenching system for cooling aluminum profiles.

Usually we adopt 26 meters for the length of handing table. So it can be available for 4 pieces of 6 meters aluminum profiles. Meanwhile, special order also is avaiable and we also consider about the length of your plant.
