Product Abstract:
This system consists of three parts: die cleaning device, waste caustic soda recovery device and waste alkali gas treatment device. The waste liquid produced after dies cleaning is collected in the waste alkali liquid collection tank, the pump send the waste caustic soda to the analysis reaction tower in the recovery device. The sodium metaaluminate compound formed in the spent caustic soda is hydrolyzed into powdery aluminum hydroxide and sodium hydroxide solution by using the hydrolysis method (also known as the Bayer method) to realize the secondary reuse of the liquid sodium hydroxide solution, reducing the using quantity of alkili product in the enterprise, and the by-product of aluminum hydroxide is collected and sold to create additional income for the enterprise. The waste causstic soda recovery system is controlled by PLC program to operate automatically, without worker monitoring in the whole process, and the recovery reaction does not require additional heating and refrigeration. The energy consumption of the system equipment is ultra-low, and the complete system does not generate waste alkali mist, realizing zero discharge of waste caustic soda.- Product Description
