Aluminum profile felt parallel move type handing table

1. Handing table is applicable to improved felt belt conveyor production line, which is specially designed for larger production line of aluminium extrusion press.
2. Handing table adopts hydraulic traversing to perform such operations as ascend- shift of profile – descend- resetting.
3. Improved refractory belt felt is adopted to minimize the abrasion of aluminum profiles during the process of convey.
4. Handing table adopts shifting conveying to transit the aluminum profile, and keeping a proper space at each other profile.

In the aluminum extrusion industry, because some aluminum profiles like the industrial aluminum profiles are thick and heavy, using the felt parallel move type handing table can avoid felt belt silding and the set of handing table shaking.

Usually 6063 aluminum alloy of aluminum profile for building material we adopt air quenching, 6061 alloy for industrial material, so we adopt water quenching system.

Usually we adopt 26 meters for the length of handing table. So it can be available for 4 pieces of 6 meters aluminum profiles. Meanwhile, special order also is avaiable and we also consider about the length of your plant.
