Aluminum extrusion die heating furnace is used for pre-heating the aluminum extrusion die before profile extrusion.

This die heating furnace is new type, energy saving, induced heating furnace for die, which using intelligence controller, PLC, touch-screen, making control temperature accurately, easy to operate, temperature go up fast. Compare with the traditional die heater, this new type die heating furnace has unique advantage.

1. Heating time: adopts Multi-point temperature testing, PID fuzzy intelligent control core technology. Φ180mm die just need 13~15 minutes for heating, Φ350mm die also need within one hour for heating.

2. Heating quality: according to different die properties, the heating device adopt super audio heating, increase the thickness of heat working zone for uniform heating, few oxidation on die surface, so increase the profile surface smoothness, improve the finished acceptance rate.

3.Furnace operation: instant die heating function, advance about 15 minutes for heating die, then the die can be used to extrusion. It is convenient and flexible; it can avoid the damage because reheating.

4. Energy saving: the heating thermal conversion rate is 90%, It can improve the energy saving greatly.

5. Safety: Heating device adopts polymer ceramic fibers and nanomaterials for insulation sealing, few heat lost and avoid burning cause by high temperature. Workers can operate the die heating in the condition of normal temperature; it can reduce the risk greatly. In the die heating process, when outside temperature is too high, PLC will stop heating and it will continues to heat after the temperature difference is less than the set temperature. Meanwhile, when the workers operate improperly the machine like put the die on the partial position, it won’t damage the coil; even the cooling fan failure, the coil will be not burn out. This die heater performance is very stable.
