Servo Energy Saving Aluminum Extrusion Press Can Save Energy Above 30%????

Some friends asked us about our view of new product of Servo Energy Saving Aluminum Extrusion Press, is it possible that the servo energy saving aluminum extrusion press can save energy above 30%?

We think it needs to be analyzed objectively.

First, servo energy saving means the electricity consumption reducing. Influencing the profit is the factor of output. Higher output means higher profit.

If your aluminum profiles are thick, then we think your aluminum extrusion press can reach 18~20% energy saving.

If your aluminum profiles are thin and small, the output of aluminum profile can’t increase. We guess it is not a good choice to adopt the servo energy saving aluminum extrusion press. Take an example of 600T aluminum extrusion press, we can suppose that one of 600T aluminum extrusion press, every month can save 3,000KW electricity, then you can save 30,000KW per year. We suppose that 1.00rmb/KW; you can save 30,000.00RMB per year. We suppose that the cost of servo energy saving aluminum extrusion press will be higher 90,000.00RMB than normal aluminum extrusion press. It means you need to pay for 3 years profit for the cost of this aluminum extrusion machine. There is another problem, after installed the Servo motor, the noise is very loud and the performance will influence the lifetime of plunger pump and the valve. Practice shows that ideal working pressure of aluminum extrusion press is 21Mpa. If the performance is stable, it can prolong the lifetime of pump and valve. Because our company is good at manufacturing aluminum extrusion press which making the small and thin aluminum profile, so we think it may be not a good choice to adopt the servo energy saving aluminum extrusion press to produce the thin aluminum profiles.
