The problem of aluminum extrusion container heaters feedback from our clients:

1. How to know the raw material quality is good or not?

Please find a block of magnet to touch the heater surface and four guide lines (nickel-chromium) which out of heater, to check if is there any magnetism? If the magnet stick the heater, means there is  the magnetism at the heater, it means the raw material quality got problem. We use thickness 1mm 316L as raw material, nickel-chromium adopt international brand KL as guide line to make sure without any magnetism.

2. The whole piece of heater temperature is not uniform, especially double zones heating or mutiple zones heater, the heating temperature is a big difference.

Caused by assembling and filling magnesium powder problem. When filling the magnesium powder and assembling  the guide line, we adopt our advance machine to fix the tube never move.
