Some time, because the operation processes of aluminum extrusion, equipment limited and the characteristics of the inherent of aluminum profiles, the aluminum profile may not straight enough and out of shape, maybe in the middle location is bent, or some location is thicker, some location is thinner, it will reduce the qualified rate of finish product of aluminum profile. If these aluminum profiles remelt it, it will generate the burning lost and waste a lot of labor and product cost. Now we can offer you an aluminum profile rolling corrector to resolve this problem. 

Deformation Aluminum extrusion profile rolling corrector is used for straightening and correcting and pressing the distortion of the shapes of aluminum extrusion profile after extrusion through the wheel pressure. It can adjust the shape of aluminum profiles and increase the aluminum qualified rate.

 The situations need this deformation aluminum extrusion profile rolling corrector:

1). The die problem. As I mentioned here before, the model capacity ton of extrusion press is not match to the die, the billet diameter and the cross sectional drawing, your die correcting worker try everything to fix the die, still failed to make the die working zone in a nice size for extrusion to avoid deforming.

2). After extrusion before straightening, the aluminum profile is straight on the cooling table. But after alignment by the stretcher, the aluminum profile got deformation section, that caused by the second pulling force.

Working principle of aluminum profile rolling corrector:  In accordance with the requirement of aluminum profile, select the appropriate plastic wheels. The chain drives the plastic roller shaft. At the same time, regulate the working angle of roller shaft and the size of the pressure angle.Then implement the plastic of the aluminum profiles.

For the correcting plastic roller/wheels: usually there are 6 units of original rollers (three group), 10 units of rollers (5 group), these rollers are standard size for normal aluminum profiles. Because different aluminum profiles, may have different deformation, so the rollers will need to special design. Clients can make it by themselves and we will guide them, or clients send their drawings and pictures of deformation aluminum profiles, meanwhile mark the deformation location , we can make for them.  The better way is that send their sample to us, we will special design the rollers to match their aluminum profiles. Now we can offer the plastic rollers with felt belt, so the plastic rollers will not scratch the surface of aluminum profile
